Only you, as an Administrator (Admin), can set up a credit policy within the Risika platform. If you are just a user, you will only be able to view the established credit policy.
You can quickly determine whether you are an Admin or a user by clicking on your name in the upper right corner.
If you should have access to the credit policy but cannot access it, you can contact your Admin or reach out to us at support@risika.com.
