Implementation of the Risika Integration

The following options are available for implementing the Risika integration into your Microsoft Business Central.


Implementation

You can either handle the implementation of the integration yourselves or, for an implementation fee, have Risika implement the integration for you.


If Risika is to do this, it can be arranged with your contact person.


If you are handling it yourselves, there are the following options, depending on the version you are using.


On-premise

If you are using one of the supported versions of Navision, we will provide the integration in a .fob file, which needs to be loaded into your Navision.


Setup Inside Navision

Once the integration is installed in your environment, a few settings need to be configured for the integration to start retrieving data from Risika and loading it into your Navision.


The following points must be filled out:

Token

This is your API token, which you will receive as soon as you have purchased access to Risika's products and services. Your token will contain a long series of numbers and letters. It is important that your token starts with "jwt."


Example of a token:

jwt XxXxX034XXxx38x8034XX9755X56X899X0xxX866X9x98x98442X

Risika API URL

The following URL should be inserted:

https://api.risika.dk/v1.2/

Credit Calculation Method

This depends on whether you have purchased access to our BOHR or NEWTON credit model. By default, BOHR is included in all our packages, while NEWTON is our machine learning model, which can be purchased separately.


Therefore, you just need to choose the credit model to which you have access. BOHR is selected as the default option.
